Best of luck to our Table Quiz Team of Conor Gunn, Emmet Keane, Luke and Evan Gunn in the All-Ireland Scór na nÓg Final on Saturday in the INEC, Killarney.
An important Club Meeting will be held in the Clubhouse tomorrow (Wednesday) at 8pm. All are welcome and parents of underage players are encouraged to attend.
Our ABC Programme for Boys and Girls aged between 5 and 8 begins in the Community Centre this Saturday at 10am. The ABC programme is a series of fun based exercises and activities which help to develop Agility, Balance, Coordination, Running, Jumping, Kicking, Throwing, Catching and Striking skills in young children. It is open to all children in the parish and will run for six weeks.
The Club will host a registration morning in the Community Centre on Saturday from 10-11am. Membership rates for 2016 are as follows: Family (Adults and all School-going children) €100, Adult Player €50, Third Level Player €30, Underage player €20 and non-playing Adult €30.
The Seniors will begin their Division One League campaign away to Oran on February 14th and the Juniors will face St. Brigids B in the Division Three opener on February 13th in Kiltoom.
Following on from the success of the “Couch to 5k Challenge” the Club has applied to take part in the GAA Healthy Club Initiative and we await further details.
There was no winner of Saturday’s Club Lotto Jackpot; the numbers drawn were 5, 9, 14 and 18. The Lucky Dip winners were Tom McGrath, Ella Scott, Mary Roddy and John Gill. This week’s Draw will take place in Timmy’s Bar and the Jackpot will be €5,500. Click here to play now
