Club News update May 16th

Adult Football

Goals from Fintan, Frankie and Gerry Cregg helped the Seniors to a 6-8 to 1-14 win over Castlerea St Kevins in Round 2 of the Championship on Sunday in Enfield.

The Juniors are away to Ballinameen on Sunday at 2pm. This is the last game before the Championship and all eligible players are asked to make a special effort to attend.

Elphin-Ballinameen Underage Round-up

Minor Training will be held on Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturday’s at 10am for the coming weeks.

The Elphin-Ballinameen U14 conceded their last game of the League to Kilbride. Coaching will be held on Saturday at 10am

The U12s are away to Western Gaels on Sunday at 6pm.

There will be no U8 or U10 Coaching this Saturday due to First Holy Communion Masses in Elphin and Ballinameen. The first U10 Go Games Blitz is due to take place on May 27th.

Best wishes to all the players receiving their First Holy Communion on Saturday and congratulations to all those who made their Confirmation last week.

Elphin-Kilmore Ladies Football

The U14s host Clann na nGael on Wednesday at 7pm in the Orchard. Gaelic4Girls coaching takes place on Thursday from 7pm to 8pm.

Elphin GAA Lotto

There was no winner of Saturday’s Club Lotto Jackpot, the numbers drawn were 16, 21, 24 and 28. The Lucky Dip Winners of €25 were Aidan Fallon, Knockcroghery; Pauline and Mick Doherty, Dublin; Owen Caulfield Jnr; Barbara Taylor. This Saturday’s Draw will be held in An Bothar Rua and the Jackpot will be €12,000. Entry is just €2 and envelopes are available in local shops or you can play now here .

Social Initiative
