Elphin Ballinameen Underage Round-up
A quiet week ahead with just one underage game. The U14’s Championship knockout game is on Sunday next. They play Oran in Strokestown at 12pm. Best of luck to all.
Hard luck to the Minors who played Roscommon Gaels on Thursday and lost out 2-10 to 3-13. They ended their Championship campaign after a exciting hard fought game v Kilmore/Shannon Gaels/St. Ronan’s on a score line of 2-10 to 1-11.
Well done to the u6, u8s and u10s who took part in a blitz on Saturday last in the Orchard. Thanks to everyone also who helped out on the day.

All roads lead to Tarmombarry this Friday night the 21st where our minor ladies will compete in the County Final against the home team St. Barry’s at 8pm. Hopefully our girls can go one better than last year and bring home the cup. After an earlier encounter a few weeks back our girls eventually came out on top, but these are two well matched teams so it promises to be a good game. All support greatly appreciated.
A special word of thanks to the 7 mums who looked after the 30 girls who all travelled to the Ladies All Ireland Finals in Croke Park on Sunday. We hope they had a great day.
Elphin GAA Merchandise Day
Is taking place next Saturday the 22nd from 10am to 1pm in the Orchard. A full range of sizing samples will be available and staff to assist with sizing.
KC will take your order and full payment on the day (Unfortunately they cannot accept cheques or card payments) CASH ONLY.
