Elphin GAA Update February 25th:

ABC programme

The Agility, Balance and Coordination (ABC) programme continues this Friday the 1st of March from 6:30 – 7:15pm for 4 and 5 year olds and 7:15 – 8:00pm for 6 and 7 year olds in Elphin Community Centre. All children in the parish are welcome to attend.


Registration takes place at the club house at ABC in hall next Friday between 6.30pm – 8pm. Players of any age can’t train or play games without being registered as they will not be insured. Forms are available here: Adult or Youth. and also on the night.


Congratulations and well done to Colm Beirne, Michael Gunn, Matt Hynes and Mick Rock the Scor Quiz team who won and are now through to the All Ireland. Also best of luck to our novelty act and dancing teams who are participating in the County Final this weekend in Kilbride .

Results and Fixtures

Well done to the Elphin Ballinameen U16 team who defeated Tulsk at the weekend.
The Minors play Tulsk on Sunday next in the Orchard at 11am, best of luck to team and management.

Well done to the seniors who had a win over St. Croans on Saturday last in the Northern Championship.

Elphin GAA Lotto:

There was No jackpot winner of this week’s lotto. The numbers drawn were 10, 15, 19, 20. The Lucky Dip winners were Mary Brady, Elphin; Gerry Cregg, Ballyroddy; Bridget Tansey, Ballinameen and Olivia Kelly, Boyle. Next week’s jackpot now stands at €10,400.
