Pride of place this week goes to the Elphin-Ballinameen Under 15s who were crowned County Division 3 Feile champions; well done to all involved. Elsewhere the Under 17s lost to the Tulsk in the Championship, the Under 13 Division two team narrowly lost to Michael Glaveys in the Championship and the Division four team was defeated by Roscommon Gaels. Looking ahead, on Wednesday the Under 13 Division 4 team host Padraig Pearses in Ballinameen at 7pm and at 7:17pm the Under 17s host Kilbride in the Orchard. On Sunday the Under 11s are away to Kilmore in the League.
The Seniors were defeated by Michael Glaveys on a score line of 0-9 to 1-12 in their Championship opener. They take on Roscommon Gaels at 5pm in Enfield and on Sunday the Juniors host St Josephs at 1pm.
