Funds from our previous Draws have made a big difference to the ongoing development work at the Orchard Park, and our aim for 2024 is to continue to develop our walkway and commence construction of our new stand.
We have also supported other good causes as part of our fundraising efforts and this year, we are honoured to have The Dillon Quirke Foundation as our partner for the draw. This is a great cause which was established in memory of Dillon who tragically passed away at the age of 24 from Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) while playing for his club Clonoulty-Rossmore at Semple Stadium on August 5th 2022. The foundation aims to raise awareness of SADS by screening every GAA player over 12 years of age, male and female, in the country.
