News update 21/12/15

The Annual Town versus Country Match for the Michael O'Callaghan Cup will, weather permitting, take place on this Saturday, St. Stephen's Day at 2pm. This year the proceeds will be shared between IzzyB's Fairy Fund for Our Lady's Children's Hospital Crumlin and the Orchard Park New Pitch Development. The Town Team will be managed by John Kelly and Martin Beirne will lead the country and anyone interested in playing is asked to be at the Dressing Rooms by 1:30pm. IzzyB's Fairy Fund is run by Laura O'Rourke-Cullinan and raises awareness and much needed funds for the fight against childhood Cancer and in particular for St. Johns Ward in Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin, where Laura's daughter Isobel is being cared for during her illness. Admission to the game is optional and your support would be appreciated. 

There was no winner of Saturday's Club Lotto Jackpot, the numbers drawn were 10,20,21 and 29. The Lucky Dip winners of €25 were Brendan Costello. Chapel St.; Christopher Glancy, Chapel Street; Eabha Ni Chualain, Indreabhan Co na Gaillimhe; Aidan, Gavan and Nessa Murray, Abbeycartron.
