The club is hosting a health and well-being seminar on March 1st at 8pm in the Day Care Centre. There will be 3 speakers on the night, Justin Campbell, Mark McGrath and Amanda McLoone. Topics covered will be addiction,mental health and diet and nutrition. This is a free event and everyone is welcome to attend.

Elphin Ballinameen Underage Update
The U16’s started their league campaign on Sunday last. Unfortunately they were beaten by St. Dominic’s, 7-3 to 3-8.
The U14’s play Kilmore/Shannon Gaels/St. Ronan’s on Saturday next at 12 moon in the Orchard.
While the Minors play Kilglass Gaels/St. Barry’s at 11am on Sunday in Tarmonbarry.

Operation Transformation / Ireland Lights Up:
Continues on Thursday evenings in the Orchard with walking around the pitches under lights. Well done to all who have taken part do far. Remember this is a free event and is open to members and non-members, join us 7.00pm on Thurs. Children are very welcome and must be supervised.
